The Behm family specializes in assisting client families’ in dealing with their loss. Since each family is unique, the funeral director will be there to guide the family in creating a meaningful service.

We believe it is paramount to help families identify what they value and how they wish to communicate the life story. The arrangements, we feel, and a meaningful service will start the family on their journey through grief.

Before the Service:
  • Personalized obituaries and video tributes, merchandise, picture boards and other mementoes.
  • A warm welcoming atmosphere to greet families and friends.
  • A Resource Center and skilled licensed staff to assist every step of the way.
  • An infant’s room for a family to spend personal time.
  • Assistance with eulogies and / or special music.
  • Services of a certified on staff Celebrant to assist and provide meaningful services that fit one’s lifestyle and beliefs, encompassing all faiths.
After the Service:
  • Suggestions for special ceremony locations and events.
  • Arranging fellowship and refreshments (between visitations and or following services) to provide the opportunity to continue to celebrate the life and move on to a new beginning.
  • Follow-up grief support has been offered since 1981.
  • Monthly grief support groups offered since 1984 led by a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
  • Numerous brochures on grief support are available.
  • Special Community Candlelight Service of Remembrance since 2000.
  • Personalized monument stones by Memorials by Behm.
