Bernetta “Nettie” Baum, age 74, of Madison, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013. She was born May 2, 1939 in Hastings, PA to Philemina (Kruise) & George Weakland and married Herbert Baum on November 23, 1957.
Bernetta was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a strong-willed woman who lived by her faith. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family.
Bernetta is survived by her sons, Robert J. Baum and Larry W. Baum; daughter, JoAnn (Dan) Fulmer; granddaughters, Tiffany Fulmer and Stephanie Baum; sister, Lenora (Walter) Kellichner; brother, Regis (Nita) Weakland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert; parents, brothers, Cyril, Kenneth and Bobby Weakland; sisters, Bernita McConnell and Rita Lokey.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Madison Memorial Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, OH 44057.
