Bill Ward, age 90, of Geneva, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019 at his home. He was born February 23, 1929, in Paintsville, KY the son of Frank and Edna (Butcher) Ward. He married June Brown in September of 1955 in Perry.

Bill worked as an Industrial Electrician at the Rayon Corporation for 31 years. He then worked for PET Processing for several years before his retirement. He attended the Harpersfield Methodist Church and the United Church in Geneva with his wife. An avid Cleveland sports fan he also enjoyed supporting the Little League activities of his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by wife, June; daughters, Rebecca and Heidi Ward; son and caregiver, Matthew Ward; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; sister, Easter Daniels. Bill was preceded in death by his son, Grant Ward; his parents; and 9 siblings. Bill’s family would like to thank the caregivers at Bella Care Hospice for their loving care and support.
