Edie Tobul, age 84, of Madison, passed away peacefully January 25, 2018, surrounded by family. She was born June 6, 1933 in Tampa, Florida to Edmund and Annie St. Amant.
Edie enjoyed arts and crafts; quilting; sewing; gardening and caring for the wildlife in her yard. She was also a Cleveland Indians fan.
Edie is survived by daughters, Elizabeth (Ronald) Bowser of Geneva and Julie (Jim) Hooper of Madison; son, J. Robert (Liana) Melius of Madison; grandchildren, Amanda Hooper, Logan Hooper, Rebecca (William Libby) Melius, and Robert (Amanda) Melius; and great grandchildren, George and Joseph Melius, and Rosalind Libby; and brothers, Robert and Alfred St. Amant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Tobul in 1992; sisters, Rosalie Garofali and Mary Wilson; and brothers, Charles Edmund, Lawrence and John Jack St. Amant.
A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018 at North Madison Cemetery.
