Greta Neuman, 70, of Perry, OH and Weeki Wachee, FL, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Hospice House in Cleveland.

Greta was born August 23, 1940, lived in Geneva and moved to Perry in 1968. She was a Kent State University Graduate, taught elementary school in Mentor and served as an analyst for First Energy at the Perry Nuclear Plant until her retirement in 1996.

Greta enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening and boating.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Adolph; sons, James (Greta) Neuman of Carlisle, PA and Michael Neuman of Perry; precious granddaughter, Violet Grace; sister, Jeri McGoldrick of FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin & Edna Gunning.

Friends may call 2-4 pm, Saturday, August 13, 2011 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. A funeral service will follow at 4 pm at the funeral home.
