Leona L. Bailey, age 88 of Geneva Ohio, passed away peacefully Friday, February 12, 2021 at the Sanctuary of Geneva. She was born on August 8, 1932 in Painesville Ohio, to Elizabeth (Drilika) and Louis Busch. Leona married Bill Bailey in Cleveland, Ohio and they lived a happy life, living in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Geneva.

Leona graduated from Madison High School and enjoyed sharing the fact that she was a cheerleader. She enjoyed the Madison Senior Center where she was known for being quick witted. She was also involved for many years with the Reginal Chapter of the AARP. Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends.

Leona is survived by her brother, Jerry (LuAnn) Busch; sister, Lois Lemieux and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; parents and brother Wayne Busch.

Services will be held at a later date. Contributions can be made in Leona’s name to the Hospice of the Western Reserve, PO Box 72101, Cleveland, OH 44192.
