Memberships and Affiliations: Lewis served in the U.S. Army. He also worked for Griffiths Furniture and was a machine operator at Spring Wood Products. He enjoyed sports and was a Cleveland Browns fan. He enjoyed cooking, reading and listening to music.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Thursday, January 15, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva.

Pastor Dan Evans of Ashtabula Baptist Church will be officiating.

Final Resting Place will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Geneva.
