Linda Ann Robare, age 72, of Madison, passed away Friday, May 9, 2014. She was born on February 22, 1942 in Painesville the daughter of Lea C. (Hill) and Waite Whitney Talbot. She married Frederick “Pierre” Robare on June 8, 1978 in Winchester, VA.

Mrs. Robare had been a private secretary at the Ohio Rubber Company in Willoughby and medical secretary for Drs. Knable and Weiner of Mentor. As a Lake County Realtor, she served as president of the Lake County Realtor Associates and sold real estate in Lake County. Mrs. Robare then joined the family business, Talbot Insurance Agency of Willoughby, which was founded by her father. She was a member of the Madison Historical Society, the Lake County Genealogical Society, National and Lake County Association of Realtors and Andrews School Alumna.

She is survived by her husband and soul mate, Frederick of Madison; step-daughters, Corinne (Danny) Tellier of Conroe, TX and Reneé (Jeffrey) Kuhns of Orwell; step-son, Curtis Robare of Thompson; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and half-brother, John Howard Talbot.

No visitation or services will be observed. Final Resting Place will be Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson.
