Lloyd M. Parsons, age 72, of Madison Township passed away Sunday November 9, 2014 at David Simpson Hospice House. He was born May 18, 1942 in Palmer, TN the son of Lloyd G. and Mildred Parsons.
He served in the U.S. Army National Guard. Lloyd owned and operated L.P. Trucking and enjoyed working on his trucks.
He is survived by his soul mate of almost 40 years, Rose Bohinc; daughters, Brenda (Duane) Tingley, Ruthie (John) Turkenburg, Renee Harper; son, Martin (Delores) Parsons; 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and sister, Annie (Sonny) Smith.
Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, David and George Parsons.
Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. Funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Harry Buch of Central Congregational Church of Madison officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Lloyd may be given to the Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110-2602.
