Paul J. Felden, age 39, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Lake Health Madison ER. He was born June 6, 1977 in Euclid to Lonnie and Mary (Planisek) Felden and married Heather Hoffman in Madison on July 11, 2015.
Paul graduated from Euclid High School in 1996. He most recently was working for University Hospitals, Seidman Cancer Center. He loved to sing, play guitar, and act in local community theater. He was loving and kind and had a great sense of humor with a really loud laugh.
He is survived by his wife, Heather Felden; children, Jakob Felden, Isaac Warren, Benjamin Warren; parents Lonnie and Mary Felden; in-laws, Dan and Barb Nichols, Steve and Diane Hoffman; siblings, Ed and Denise Felden, Joe and Kim Felden, Cathy Coker and Bart Rotsaert, Pat and Cynthia Felden; sister-in-law, Amy Hoffman; many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received 2 5 p.m., Sunday, October 9, 2016 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. A Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 10, 2016 at the funeral home.

I met Paul while doing theater at Willoughby Fine Arts about 20 years ago. Although I've lost touch with that world for the most part, and have probably forgotten more about those times than I remember, I can still vividly recall a very young Paul. I remember him as always smiling, always making people laugh with his quick wit, as someone who made friends easily, who was immensely talented (an absolute joy to watch on stage!), and always gave 100%. If he was in a show, you just knew it was going to be good, and a fun one to work on. (And if there were ever any shenanigans going on, you just knew he was involved somehow!) I'm extremely sad to learn of his passing, and at such a young age, too. He had so much to do yet, so much to live for... My heartfelt condolences go out to his family, his friends, his co-workers, and his 'theater family', for I know you've all lost someone truly special in your lives.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul at the Cleveland Clinic. He worked so hard preparing for his nursing degree in addition to his demanding job at the Clinic, and caring for his family. I enjoyed his good company, always cheerful and professional. I miss him.
