passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord.
Born August 11, 1953 in Painesville, Ohio to Phyllis J. (Peterson) & Perry L. Quayle
He was was a Custodian at the Madison Post Office
1972 Graduate of Madison High School. Served in the U.S. Navy on the Sarasota Air Craft Carrier, where he served in the Viet Nam War and traveled around the world. Enjoyed outdoors, boating and bowling.
Surviving Family: Mother, Phyllis Quayle of Madison; Brothers, Charles (Susan) Quayle of Madison, Bruce Quayle, John (Gail Hopkins) Quayle of Unionville, Mark (Patty) Quayle of Perry, Dennis Quayle of Madison; Sister, Sarah (John) Sample of Madison.

Friends will be received 6:00 to 8:00pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the funeral home
Place of Burial: Fairview Cemetery in Madison, Ohio where military honors will be given by the Madison Community Funeral Honors Team
