Raymond Carl St. John, age 82, of Geneva, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at UH of Cleveland. He was born October 29, 1937 in Geneva, OH, the son of Arthur St. John and Viola (Koeckert) St. John. He married Mari Endo on April 8, 1958 in Saporro, Japan.
Raymond was a graduate of Geneva High School and served in the US Air Force. He worked at True Temper for 15 years, Geneva Police Dept. for 15 years, and Ohio State Patrol for 8 years. He served as President and Team Manager of Geneva Little League Baseball and participated in various bowling leagues. Raymond also enjoyed woodworking, puzzles, and computer games.
He is survived by his wife, Mari; sons, Roy (Jeanie) St. John, Carl (Catherine) St. John, Ronald (Cindy) St. John; daughter, Ann (Jeff) Hostetler; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, David St. John and Arthur St. John; and sister, Marjorie Nappi. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: George, Robert, Allen, Willis, James, and Donald; and sister, Dorothy; half brother, Leon and half sister, Helen.
