Robert Duane Rohrbaugh, Sr., age 92, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at UH Geauga. He was born November 2, 1925, in Thompson, Ohio, the son of Chauncey Leroy Rohrbaugh and Jessie May (Rodgers). He married Marilyn Campbell on September 11, 1945 in Norwalk, Ohio.

Robert served in the U.S. Army 10th Mountain Division during WWII. Robert owned and operated his own business, Rohrbaugh Milk Cartage, for 40 years and also drove bus for Thompson Schools and transported the Amish for many years. . He attended Thompson United Methodist Church, was a member of the Madison Senior Center and American Legion Post 112.

He is survived by his daughters, Gayle (Jim) McNish, Nancy (Jason) Marshall; sons, Robert Jr. (Bonnie) Rohrbaugh, Bruce (Debbie) Rohrbaugh, Barry (Brenda) Rohrbaugh; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and brother, Keith (Patricia) Rohrbaugh.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn, in 2013; daughter, Susan; parents; brothers, Burton R., Ronald, and Kenneth; sisters, Wilma Whipple and Ila McGinnis.

Friends will be received 11 am on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH. Service is immediately following at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Final resting place will be Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson, OH.
