Allen F. Comstock, 75, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at home.

He was born May 20, 1933 in West Chester, PA, to Marie (Kinkead) & Jonathan Comstock and married Myrtle P. Lamont in Maryland on 11/12/1958.

He had retired from Tartan Marine

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and was a member of American Legion Post 601. He managed Limberlost Motel & Efficiencies in Painesville for 29 years and was a member of the Northcoast Miata Club.

He is survived by Companion, Hope Malloy of Madison; 2 Sons, William A. (Elizabeth) Comstock of Chicago, IL and David (Sally) Comstock of Atlanta, GA; 1 Daughter, Francine Comstock of Youngstown; Grandchildren, Daniel, Amanda, Libby, Anna, Leanne & Robert;

Great Grandson Sabastian; Sister, Elizabeth (John) Ross of Washington, DC and his Poodle, Ginger.

He was preceded in death by his Parents and his wife, Myrtle in 1993.

Friends will be received 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 4, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio.

Rev. Larry Wade will be officiating.

Private Family Burial will be at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence, Rhode Island.
