Occupation: She worked at Broadfield Nursing Home and Euclid Hospital.

Memberships and Affiliations: She was a 1978 graduate of Madison High School and was also a graduate of the Knoedler School of Nursing. She enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, and craft shows. Jackie was a member of Park Street Christian Church where she participated in Bible Studies. She was active in the Krzic Parents Association where she helped with the efforts to obtain and install new playground equipment.

Friends will be received 2-4:00 & 7-9:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009 at the funeral home.

Final Resting Place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison.
