Joy S. Forster, Age 96, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Monday, September 8, 2008 at home.

She was born June 11, 1912 in Lloydell, Pennsylvania to Mary (Cordiak) & John Smith and married Harold E. Forster in Cleveland, Ohio on July 10, 1930.

She was Owner/Operator of Colonial Hardware and Central Hardware in Geneva with her husband.

Mrs. Forster was member of Geneva First United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Altar Guild. Former member of the Garden Club of Geneva, the Red Cross, and the Ladies of the Club quilters. She enjoyed playing bridge and crocheting.

She is survived by 4 Grandchildren, Warren (Donna) Forster Geneva, Robert Anderson Forster, Kingsville, Karen Evans, Virginia Beach, VA, Janet (Tim) Barringer Chesapeake, VA;

6 Great Grandchildren Amber, Meagan, Jennifer, Tyler, Kelli, Veronica.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Harold Forster in 1974; Sons, Paul and Robert, 6 Sisters

and 6 Brothers

Friends will be received 10:00 a.m.-Noon, Thursday, September 11, 2008, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio

Funeral Service will be at Noon, Thursday, September 11, 2008, at the funeral home.

Rev. Suzanne Hill of Geneva First United Methodist Church will be officiating.

Final Resting Place will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva.
