William L. “Bill” Wright, age 69 of Mentor, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014. Born January 30, 1945 in Glendale, WV, he married Denise on June11, 1982 in Baltimore, MD.

Bill had worked as a trainer for Radix Wire. He was a proud veteran who served his country with overseas postings in Germany and Korea. Bill was an avid Nascar fan, who recently went to Talledega for Aaron’s 499 Race. He enjoyed fishing and shooting; but most of all, Bill loved his family.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Denise Wright; sons, George (Cheryl) Wright, John (Bethany) Wright; daughter, Christina Wright; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, George (Rose) Wright, Ray (Joanne) Wright, Warren (Cheri) Wright; sisters, Millie (Bill) Woryk, Inez (Carlo) Manini, Martha Wright. He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Wright.

Friends will be received 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM, Friday, July 18, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2014 at North Mentor Centenary United Methodist Church, 9290 Lakeshore Blvd, Mentor, OH 44060. Final resting place will be Mentor Cemetery.
